Returns and Refunds

Return of Products

  • You are entitled to return Products for any reason within 28 days from receiving them, all items should be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging with no harm.

  • In such case, we will refund you the amount paid directly for the returned Products upon receipt of the returned goods in its original packaging and undamaged. you will be responsible for any return costs

All Items returned must be sent via a fully tracked service

Undelivered Orders

  • If you fail to collect your order from a collection point, or if your address is either incorrect/not accessible, the item may be returned to Perfect Aroma Limited.
  • In this instance, only the value of product(s) supplied will be refunded MINUS the return postage costs incurred by Perfect Aroma Limited .

Damaged Products

  • If your product is damaged you shall notify Perfect Aroma Limited immediately with a complaint regarding the Damaged Product. we may require photographic evidence if possible. (please email all complaints to info@perfectarma.co.uk)

If the product is damaged after investigation Perfect Aroma Limited will reimburse you or replace any item that arrived damaged or in bad condition. Any return postage costs up to a maximum of £3 will be refunded
